The Display Zone DCI162V with a built-in ST7032i-OD controller is a 16×2 character transflective LCD display that comes with a side white backlight. This FSTN + display achieves high contrast and is visible with ambient light or a backlight. There are 16 characters, 2 rows, and the controller is bonded to the display’s glass, making this LCD space efficient and slim. It offers serial communication using the I2C interface, which makes this LCD compatible with several development boards, including Arduino. It has an optimal view of 12:00, and the -20 to 70 degrees Celsius wide temperature range along the 3V supply voltage makes this display ideal for a wide array of applications, including industrial controls, medical devices, POS systems, home appliances, toys, games, and many more.
